MISSION STATEMENT

The Canadian Energy Workers’ Association (CEWA) will provide progressive, democratic, honest and effective representation, pursuing the interest of all members – within a quality working environment.

OBJECTIVES

The Canadian Energy Workers’ Association (CEWA) exists:

•  To serve as the bargaining agent for members of the Association representing all matters relating to their working relations with their employer;
•  To support the development of mutual respect and goodwill between their members and management through problem solving in a fair and timely manner;
•  To promote and create programs which will enhance the well-being of the members through health, safety, security, and skills development;
•  To actively seek opportunities to organize and represent workers as an effective bargaining agent.
