CEWA’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday, September 27th, 2025 at the Holiday Inn Edmonton South-Evario Events at 950 Parsons Road in Edmonton.
This year’s AGM agenda will include a general update on CEWA affairs, a review of the budget, discussion and vote on bylaw changes, and discussion of other business that may arise.
Breakfast and registration will begin at 8:00 am with the meeting to start at 9:00am. Lunch and a dinner buffet will be provided. CEWA will NOT be booking rooms on your behalf.

Can I stay at another hotel?
Absolutely. You can stay at any hotel you like
The hotel I want to stay at is more expensive, will you still reimburse the cost?
We will only reimburse the amount of $129.00 + tax & hotel fees
Can I bring my family?
You are welcome to bring your family with you. Although they cannot attend the meeting, they are welcome to attend the dinner and social. Please let the office know in advance if you are bringing your family so we can have enough food prepared
Will I be reimbursed for mileage?
Yes! We will reimburse 0.35 per/km
