Chapter 102, TransAlta has sold Poplar Hill Generating Station to Dynasty Power Inc. Thishas created the new chapter, Chapter 105 (Dynasty Power Inc).
Existing Members of Chapter 102 will now form Chapter 105 as of August 1st on the approved sale of Poplar Hill Generating Station.
Negotiations for this new chapter will start Fall of 2025.
